Wil prefers spending his time helping small and mid-sized businesses; throughout his 18-year career he has worked for large, prestigious agencies and managed many Fortune 500 accounts, including Cadillac, General Electric, Oldcastle, Sun Oil Company - SUNOCO, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and York International; other accounts of note include Casio, CleaResults, and Raymond James.
Wil is passionate about what he does – and thrives on delivering world-class and affordable advertising solutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
A graduate of Pennsylvania School of Art and Design, Wil is a creative thinker who listens to his client’s needs and translates them into effective marketing tools. His knowledge of print and electronic design mediums allows him to work efficiently, making sure the client’s message is getting to the proper audience.
Ron brings a very strong commitment to quality programming. Delivering the best possible solution to fit both the needs, and budgets of the client.
He has 15+ years of experience from local clients to Fortune 500 companies; building custom applications, developing websites, web content, and innovative custom solutions.
Ron is a graduate of Shippensburg University, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Systems.
With a 20-year background in marketing, information design and copywriting, Melissa lends her communication skills to YoungerWorks’ clients.
Having worked with both large and small agencies, and as an in-house marketing director, Melissa tackles marketing from the viewpoint of both agency and client. From writing marketing plans to web scripts and brochure copy, organization and creativity are key elements to her style.
A graduate of Washington College, Melissa has worked with such clients as Lancaster General Hospital, Turkey Hill Dairy, The State of Delaware, Quaker Steak and Lube, Dale and Thomas Popcorn, Auntie Anne's, Herr’s Snack Foods; as well as fortune 500 accounts Armstrong World Industries, Oldcastle, and York International.
Prior to Youngerworks, John held various marketing leadership roles within Fortune 500 corporations, including YORK International and Rite Aid Corporation. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated the ability to consistently design winning strategies to support key business initiatives; product development; and sales force effectiveness. His broad experience includes consumer, retail, manufacturing and services marketing.
John holds a Master’s degree in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University.
